No Hidden Extras
The benefit of choosing a Grand Pacific Tour is you pay one simple price that is inclusive of airfare, transfers, comprehensive sightseeing, meals and several specialty evenings. You will rarely have to put your hand in your pocket!

Your Special Needs

At the time of booking Grand Pacific Tours staff can liaise on any special dietary or room requirements that will make your tour more comfortable. These requirements will be communicated to each hotel and attraction and
will be on a request basis.

Airfrare Included
The tour prices stated throughout the brochure include return airfares from your homeport. Taxes and levies are additional and will be quoted at the time of booking. A land only price is also available.

Group Benefits
Benefits apply to 10 or more people taking an allocation of seats on a tour. Ask your Travel Agent to assist you with a quotation. Grand Pacific Tours is also happy to provide an exclusive tour for larger groups.

Don't Be Disappointed
All departure dates featured in our brochure are guaranteed to operate. We are adding new dates all the time due to demand so it is important to check with your Travel Agent on a date that suits your schedule.

Travelling Alone?
For the single traveller, you can either register to have a twin share room with another single traveller of the same gender to save costs, or you may opt to pay for a single supplement to guarantee a room of your own. (Conditions apply)

From the moment you touch down a friendly smile awaits. Our Meet and Greet Representatives ensure you are welcomed in true Kiwi style. Return airport to hotel transfers are provided.

Quality Control
At the end of each tour all travellers complete a comprehensive questionnaire which allows us to closely monitor any items that need attention and this feedback ensures we can act quickly so that any issue can be rectified immediately.

Regional Departures - FREE Transfers
On selected departures Grand Pacific Tours offer FREE return regional coach transfers from your hometown to your gateway airport. Travel in luxury and comfort on our five star purposebuilt Gold Class coach. An additional benefit is the inclusion of an extra night’s accommodation (room only) prior to the tours commencement. Refer to pages 20 & 21 of the main brochure for more information.

Stay A Little Longer

Grand Pacific Tours can arrange extra nights’ accommodation either before or after your tour. As some flights arrive late at night and others depart early morning, extra nights are highly recommended to allow yourself time to relax before commencing your luxury coach holiday. This gives you more time to enjoy additional sightseeing in the gateway cities of Auckland and Canterbury. All travellers will receive discount coupons in the Optional Tours Directory for key sightseeing activities in each city. Refer to the itinerary pages to obtain extra night prices.

Travel In Style!
Your tour price includes a stylish array of travel goods including a durable travel bag, ticket wallet, toiletry wet pack, New Zealand travel diary, luggage label, personal name badge, personalised itinerary, Optional Tours Directory, postcard, customs required resealable plastic bag and touring map.

Let Us Carry Yours Bags
From the moment you arrive in New Zealand you will be assisted with your luggage. Each touring day your packed bags will be left at your hotel door for the porters to collect and then assist the Coach Captain to load safely onto the coach. On arrival at each new hotel luggage will be delivered to your hotel room in quick turnaround time.

A Warm Welcome
On arrival at each hotel a member of the management team will board the coach and provide a friendly welcome including a full brief on the hotels facilities and surrounds. When a two night stay is included, you will receive an official welcome letter called ‘Hotel Hints’ detailing the facilities including special Grand Pacific Tours arrangements.

Personalised Service
Whilst travelling with a group, it is still important that your holiday is a personal experience. One guide per 24 travellers has been confirmed for any guided tour inclusion.

Anyone For A Helicopter Ride?
In certain locations you will have free time to participate in a range of Optional Activities from jet boating to helicopter rides. A colour Optional Tours Directory is provided prior to travel so you can budget for any extra activities. A range of discount coupons are also included for local Auckland and Canterbury activities if you are extending your time pre or post tour.

A View From Every Seat
A daily seat rotation system operates throughout the coach, giving everyone an equal touring experience.

Don't Forget Your Jacket!
A range of merchandise is available for sale when confirming your tour. Refer to page 34 of the Luxury Coach Holidays brochure for further details. The jackets are a great idea to keep you dry and warm. Keep one in your day pack.

No Messy Meal Supplements!
Our tours are inclusive of daily cooked breakfast and most dinners. An occasional night is free to dine at leisure and soak up the ambience of the local surrounds.

Specialty Meals
Every tour incorporates a number of specialty dinners including a traditional Haggis Ceremony in Dunedin, country fare at the Walter Peak Homestead in Queenstown and experience a colourful Maori Hangi and Concert in Rotorua.

This Table Is Reserved
At meal times you will never have to worry about finding a table to dine at. All Grand Pacific Tours travellers are provided with priority reserved dining at breakfast and dinner.

A Fitting Farewell
A special farewell dinner on the last night of the tour offers the perfect opportunity to say goodbye to new found friends. Celebrate, have fun and share great memories of your time together.

Wine Time!
Relive the day’s highlights with your fellow travellers at Wine Time! Each evening, one hour prior to dinner, your hotel will provide Grand Pacific traveller’s a discounted drink offer on selected beverages. Your Coach Captain will advise you of each days special.

Exclusive To Us!
Being a New Zealand specialist allows us to build solid relationships with our key suppliers and confirm arrangements exclusive to Grand Pacific Tours. A key example of this is on the Milford Sound Cruise where our travellers enjoy reserved seats on the Top Deck for premium viewing.

Our qualified Operations Team in New Zealand ensure the smooth delivery of every tour. Located in the North and South Islands, our dedicated team provide personal assistance to both the travellers and drivers whenever required. A Dinner Hostess is on site for your first nights dinner to assist with introductions.

All funds received by Grand Pacific Tours are held in a client trust account until payments are made to the suppliers. Grand Pacific Tours is a member of the Travel Compensation Fund (TCF).
