Grand Pacific Tours, has released their range of Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival packages.
 Grand Pacific Tours has run a successful programme of packaged tours during the Spring Racing Carnival for fifteen years and 2011 promises to be yet another great year for race goers or those interested in the sights and sounds that make Melbourne so exciting at this time of the year.
The 8 Day VIP Package is for the more discerning traveller, staying at the Bayview Eden. The package includes return Gold Class Coach transfers each race day including champagne, 3 days reserved seating in the undercover Hill Stand, Reserved table seating in the Skyline Restaurant with buffet luncheon, afternoon tea, racebook and selected wines, beer and soft drink on race days as well as a welcome cocktail function on the first night to welcome you. Included EXCLUSIVELY to travellers on the VIP package is attendance at ‘Call of the Card’ staged at the Crown Casino including return transfers, lunch and beverages. This function has a fabulous 50 year history for keen race goers.
6 Day Melbourne Cup Carnival Packages are also available to suit your budget! These packages include 5  nights’ accommodation, reserved Grandstand seating and luxury Coach Transfers from the hotel to Flemington Racecourse on all three race days – AAMI Victoria Derby Day, Emirates Melbourne Cup and Crown Oaks Day. For travellers who wish to make their own way to and from the racecourse on each race day, a deduction from package prices is available.
Grand Pacific Tours also offers a 2 Day Tatts Cox Plate Package, where you can experience the electric atmosphere and excitement of Moonee Valley Racecourse as it comes alive for this thrilling race.
