Olveston Historic Home
Set in a 1-acre ‘garden of national significance’, NZ’s finest historic mansion ‘Olveston’ was built in 1906. Home of businessman and philanthropist David Theomin, a collector of artworks and antiques from all around the world. Today, the house is still breathtakingly furnished with all the original contents; a visit reveals the opulence and grandeur of the Edwardian age.
