Exceeded expectations. The best organised tour we have been on! Enjoyed all the included activities, the coach was clean and comfortable and could not fault the meals. Varied and plenty of food. 

Considering the number of days and distance travelled around the South Island of New Zealand and what Grand Pacific Tours has provided, my overall touring experience is one that I will treasure for the rest of my life. 

Very professional and enjoyable. We will be looking at Grand Pacific Tours for the North Island in the future. The Tour Leader went out of her way to make every experience enjoyable. Loved the commentary from the Coach Captain and especially his insight into the Māori culture. 

This was our first organised tour and despite the early starts every day we really enjoyed it and saw lots. All aspects were good quality. Hotels were all very good and in good locations. Meals were plentiful, well presented, and plenty of choice at buffets. 

We would certainly recommend Grand Pacific Tours. This was one of the best tours we’ve ever done, everything was just great. Both the Tour Leader and Coach Captain were brilliant and very good food at all hotels. 

Wonderful experience and our travel companions expressed the same opinion. We were happy with all aspects of the trip including the weather! The coach was comfortable, roomy, and clean.

Every included activity was excellent, and we saw a huge amount in eight touring days. The coach was roomy and a quiet, comfortable ride.

Terrific! Wherever we looked we were surrounded by mountains. Accommodation, food, and tours were perfect. We have already recommended to friends. Well organised and for that reason we would book again and refer friends and family. Well done!!  

This has been fabulous. My first coach tour on my own so I was a little unsure as to what it would be like. I felt comfortable and well looked after throughout. Being able to have some downtime to myself was great too. Very friendly group. The Coach Captain and Tour Leader were brilliant throughout – friendly and approachable. I would definitely book a tour again and thoroughly recommend it to all. 

We both agree that the tour met all our expectations. Some days were long, but we knew that when we booked and felt we managed them well. Everything ran to time. The coach was very clean and well maintained. Comfortable seats, plenty of room and a good sound system. We’ve had a great time and enjoyed the tour and the information about the South Island very much.  

It was an absolutely beautiful and fun holiday, and it gave my husband and I a chance to just sit back and enjoy the scenery. I would definitely recommend Grand Pacific Tours. 

It was a very comfortable coach and I really liked how you could charge your device at your seat while touring. The coach was always nice and clean. 

Well done all – the timing of the stops was very good. The choice of stops, itinerary and explanations were excellent. The optional activities were all wonderful – no complaints whatsoever. 

Very good tour, better than I thought it would be. Included attractions were very well run - Milford Sound, TSS Earnslaw and Larnach Castle were all amazing. Our Coach Captain was friendly and safe driver and the Tour Leader a friendly and caring person.

The coach was maintained in pristine condition each day. All of the hotels were excellent, and great food, each night a new delight. Every activity included was unique in its own way, and all were very enjoyable.

An excellent Tour Leader who always kept things running smoothly and while great at her job was fun, friendly, and helpful to us all. The Coach Captain was fantastic, friendly, helpful, and showed great knowledge throughout his commentary and took great pride in his coach. The coach was spacious, very comfortable and the large windows made for good viewing from all seats.

This trip exceeded our expectations. Grand Pacific Tours catered appropriately for the age group. The drivers and Tour Leaders provided well-timed and generous breaks so that at no time did we feel rushed or hassled, which made for a pleasant experience. We feel that we saw and experienced the main tourist spots and important sites of the South Island.  

We loved every minute of it, would do it again and can’t wait to do the North Island with Grand Pacific Tours. You couldn’t make the trip any better. We were first time coach travellers and loved every minute. Awesome.

A well organised tour and a stress-free holiday which is what we were after. 

The coach captain was a wonderful, safe driver and commentary was always informative and entertaining. He loved the coach like a child, and it was presented each day in its best condition. The tour leader was always doing her best to keep everyone happy. She always had a smile on her face and was very accommodating.

This was our first group coach tour. It was very enjoyable and we met some wonderful people. The days were well structured, and the tours catered for everyone’s physical needs.

A very good programme. We saw a lot of the South Island in a short time, travelling on a beautifully presented, very roomy and comfortable coach. It was wonderful to have phone charging ports. 

The tour leader was the hostess with the mostest! We couldn’t have asked for a better leader, she was very caring and attentive to everyone’s needs, nothing was too much trouble – the “BEST.”

The coach trip and extra activities were awesome. Our tour guide and coach captain added to the success of the whole trip. The layout of the coach was superb as plenty of room for luggage, leg room and relaxation, plus the seat rotation made it fair.
