An excellent tour which was very well planned and well run. The best coach I have ever been on. 

This tour has been well planned to give guests the best possible experience within the time frame. The coach is very comfortable, and the Coach Captain went out of her way to be helpful while maintaining a very high standard of professionalism. I would highly recommend this tour to my friends and look forward to doing a South Island tour with you.

Best coach experience. The coach was really comfortable, great having water on board and loved the seat rotation system. The seats were extremely comfortable, and the large windows made taking photos easy. Single seating a great idea.

Grand Pacific Tours catered for all of our needs and made us feel very welcome. An extremely enjoyable experience. The smaller group was much more personal and the coach extremely comfortable with plenty of room for our belongings.

Fantastic. It felt like a holiday with everything taken care of. There was obvious attention to detail in the choices of locations, stops with amenities and a focus on the customer experience. Very high quality meals including breakfasts, the coach was very comfortable and all amenities very useful.

This was my first trip to New Zealand. Having heard about how beautiful it is and seen shows on TV to see it all firsthand was fantastic. I could not have asked for a better introduction to New Zealand, so thank you. 

The coach was certainly the ultimate in luxury, very comfortable and smooth ride. All accommodation was easily accessed and very clean. Staff were always very helpful. The standard and quality of the meals was very good and there was plenty of variety as well.

Good, varied experience, very different to the South Island. A much more cultural vibe which was interesting to learn about and experience. All the included attractions were interesting in different ways and all tour guides were enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge.

This is our second Grand Pacific tour. We did the South Island a few years ago and that made us decide to use Grand Pacific Tours for the North Island trip. A great company to deal with. The extras including carry bag, toilet bag and a drink bottle - something other tour companies rarely give. A fantastic coach, always clean and comfortable to ride in. 

Second time with Grand Pacific. The first time was 20 years ago in the South Island.  

An excellent comfortable and very roomy coach. The Coach Captain was informative, very helpful and organised. He gave an excellent commentary and looked after us all.

The tour of the North Island was really good, from pick up at the airport, through all of the tour. The coach was comfortable, accommodation was all good and the Coach Captain was a “gem.”

The tour gave us a great taste of the North Island within the nine-day time frame. I enjoyed the luxury coach with comfortable seats, well organised individual facilities, wonderful visibility, faultless cleanliness, and an impeccable outside appearance. It was obviously the best coach everywhere we went. 

We really felt spoilt and enjoyed the trip so much. GPT provided impeccable service and tour preparation. Meals were incredible, so many choices!

This was our first Grand Pacific Tour, having been on many coach tours previously and this was certainly the best yet. From the comfortable coach to the standard of accommodation and food, everything was first class. We would certainly consider using the company again.
