I had been very unsure about booking a coach trip but I needn’t have worried. I have had a wonderful time, everything was very well organised, and traveled in comfort with a lovely group of people.

Could it have been better, I think not! Brand new coach, 20 seats for 20 passengers, USB ports, very comfy seats, lots of room and kept spotless.

This was my first organised coach tour and it has set a very high, and possibly impossible to match, standard for any further tours.

Clearly the best way to see all of New Zealand – luxury bus, scenic and classic trains, boats, gondola and tram. Great mix of events and attractions to see the land and experience the culture.

We saw and experienced many places and things. Guides always provide more information and learning experiences than on our own. Many pluses such as the coach, luggage handling etc are wonderful.

The value and scope of the tour is extraordinary, every attention is given to passenger comfort and preference. The single seat configuration was the initial attraction for me. It is spacious and very comfortable, allows for privacy/quiet. I would certainly highly recommend Ultimate. Excellent and comfortable hotels. I preferred the smaller ones – more character and charm.

This has been a fantastic tour enabling me to see the best of New Zealand in a relaxed, comfortable way. My knowledge of New Zealand has been vastly expanded and being in a small group has made it more special. So pleased I chose this tour; the coach, train rides, cruising – all excellent.
