Wonderful. The quality of everything we participated in was of a high standard. Excellent meals with a very high standard of service, presentation, variety and very generous servings. Great coach always presented impeccably. Visibility was great and seats comfortable. We have absolutely no complaints at all. 

We have ticked off so many things on our bucket list and each day said 'how can this get any better?' But each day surpasses the previous for experiences, scenery, and fun! What could top jumping in the waters of Doubtful Sound? Seeing snow fall as we left Te Anau.

This really was the Ultimate Tour of New Zealand, and we are so very blessed to have shared the journey with 18 new friends and our fabulous Coach Captain - host, porter, encyclopedia, comedian, and wonderful companion at dinners.  

I could not dream of such an amazing holiday and worth every cent. Found every hotel was comfortable, and all food was fantastic. Attractions have been great and the coach so comfortable, caters for all needs, and spotlessly clean every day.

It surpassed all expectations, comfortable ride through New Zealand. Well thought, well executed trip. One for the memory box. Lots of photos.

Ten plus. Wow! Far better than we could have ever imagined. Everything about this tour has been exceptional with the exception of our Coach Captain who has been exceptional plus, plus, plus! She made this tour come alive, so informative, knowledgeable, supportive, caring, and compassionate towards her small family of 18 people.

This was my first experience of touring in a group, and I was very happy with the whole experience. Well-chosen included attractions that were interesting and educational. Our first ever coach tour. It certainly delivered beyond our expectations on all fronts. The small group/luxury coach concept is a masterstroke – never felt like we were being herded around.

The Coach Captain was an excellent driver with a great sense of humour, a huge wealth of knowledge and the ability to get people mixing. The coach was comfortable and the tour well organised.

The coach was perfect and so comfortable. Great Coach Captain, great driver, great personality. 10+ stars. All included attractions were excellent, but I have to say the Te Puia geysers and Hangi was the highlight.

The Coach Captain was one in a million. The coach was the best - spacious, clean, and quiet and comfortable. Plus, you could see through the front windows. Could not have been better.

We saw and experienced many places and things. Guides always provide more information and learning experiences than on our own. Many pluses such as the coach, luggage handling etc are wonderful.

Excellent – we got treated like VIP’s everywhere we went. I now have a comprehensive knowledge of New Zealand!

The value and scope of the tour is extraordinary, every attention is given to passenger comfort and preference. The single seat configuration was the initial attraction for me. It is spacious and very comfortable, allows for privacy/quiet. I would certainly highly recommend Ultimate. Excellent and comfortable hotels. I preferred the smaller ones – more character and charm.

Glad we booked, good value for money, small group concept was ideal!

A great tour. Learned so much and saw so much that would not have been possible with self-drive. Accommodation and meals exceeded expectations. All times were punctual and private reservations for ‘Ultimate’ great!

This has been a fantastic tour enabling me to see the best of New Zealand in a relaxed, comfortable way. My knowledge of New Zealand has been vastly expanded and being in a small group has made it more special. So pleased I chose this tour; the coach, train rides, cruising – all excellent.

A great trip, well organised, quality of hotels and meals were great. Best of all we had a very knowledgeable Coach Captain and the best coach. Great driver and very people orientated. We love the single seat and the business class type set up on the coach. Should bring this concept to go around the world.
