I have had the most wonderful trip, seen loads of amazing things, and felt looked after and relaxed but not herded at all. It was good to have two nights in Queenstown as a lot of time on the coach but enjoyed the whole holiday immensely and will recommend Grand Pacific Tours to my all my friends.

The entire tour and experience was fabulous from start to finish. I would turn around and do it all again, I loved it so much. Incredible care was taken of us, and we all appreciated every little thing Grand Pacific Tours was able to give us.

All the accommodation and meals were wonderful. Our Coach Captain/driver was better than best. But the support Grand Pacific Tours gave him was also impeccable and really valuable. The pacing of the tour was also really well planned. 

Absolutely amazing. All the hotels and activities were top notch. Staff at all accommodation were helpful and had time for us to ask questions about the destination. The coach was absolutely business class and kept spotless and the Coach Captain was fantastic in every way – personable, friendly, and good communication. He was very focused to ensure everyone was taken care of. 

It was a very good tour. The coach was the premium of premium – wonderful. I couldn’t fault it any way. Christmas decorations were great also.

Excellent, the coach was very clean and comfy and the Coach Captain very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and a careful driver. The accommodation was lovely and meals excellent. The meals on the overnight cruise and Walter Peak were outstanding. 

Business class on wheels would have to be the best description of the experience to view the wonders of New Zealand. The small numbers and comfortable travel arrangements confirmed to me that this was the right choice for this holiday. 

What a way to remember Christmas 2023! We will come back again. 

Enjoyed the class of all hotels and the 20-seater coach was very comfortable – best ever! It was always clean, roomy, and good seat rotation. Food has been top class. The Coach Captain was very pleasant, organised, well-mannered, helpful and a good safe driver.  

What a great tour!

We had a very safe driver who was also a knowledgable guide, he took pride in the coach and took great care of our luggage. The Ultimate coach was the best coach ever! 

I would definitely do this tour again. I loved the small group and the driver was very friendly and the ideal individual to do this work. I felt very safe with his driving. 

The Ultimate coach was very roomy and had comfortable seats with plenty of room to store my things onboard. The water bottle and mints were a nice surprise. 

Doubtful Sound was the highlight of this holiday. 

This tour was a wonderful experience all round. 

The driver was caring and considerate, very knowledgable and informative, just excellent. I was impressed by the Ultimate Coach, it was extremely comfortable with room to move and stretch out. 

A tour of New Zealand has been on my bucket list for a long time. 

The Ultimate coach was very comfortable, super!! Our driver was caring, helpful, patient and humorous - a champ!!
